Our focus recap

Why do we exist?

Our problem hypothesis

Our solution hypothesis

Week 3: Going deeper to find the problem

We've enjoyed a busy week filled with ethnographic interviews, as we continue to dig deeper into our hypothesized problem space that landowners of all sizes lack the necessary tools/services to get rewarded for capturing carbon through regenerative land management. We are extremely appreciative to everyone who has introduced us to content or participated as an interviewee to help us crystallize the problem we are trying to solve.

10 interviews

We conducted 10 interviews with 15 participants that included carbon credit methodology experts, carbon credit retailers, technology folks and end buyers.

Current state map

In an effort to narrow our focus, we have started building a current state journey map to capture key activities experienced by all relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem. From starting a project, monitoring and verification, through to the eventual sale of credits to an end buyer, we are looking to uncover the key barriers preventing quality nature based removal credits coming to market.
