Why do we exist?

• To drive the world towards “Drawdown”— the point when levels of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere start to decline, thereby stopping catastrophic climate change — by making it easy for anyone to remove green house gases from the sky.

Our problem hypothesis

• The world is in short supply of quality, nature based removal carbon credits
• Land stewards & project developers of all sizes lack the necessary tools/services to get rewarded for capturing carbon through regenerative land management

Our solution hypothesis

• We streamline the process of generating high quality, removal carbon credits

Week 7: Stage gates

50+ interviews, 20 concepts, 7 sprints, 3 major pivots, 2 customer journey maps

Our process to date defines us. We have narrowed our focus through problem exploration and with a conceptual solution clearly defined, we are ready to validate our way towards an investment case.

We have already set ourselves numerous stage gates as a working group - research deadlines, founding team commitment and in person catch ups. Our next stage gate has been to finalise a preliminary timeline for an investment - February 1st 2021.

There is a lot of advice to be found online about how you should structure a pitch deck. We believe, however, that this should ultimately be determined by the data you have at any point in time.
